To accelerate the development of the cross-border E-business strategy industry, Haishu District has carried out the 2nd E-business Talent Festival. A two-day cross-border E-business training session, held at Zhejiang Wanli College, attracted over 50 insiders of the industry for "brainstorming".

Still with the focus on talent training, this year's session of the talent festival features the cooperation of the government and the third-party organizations, and the integration of the social resources to provide services for cross-border E-business enterprises. Even before the festival, Haishu Human Resources and Social Security Bureau has sorted through the difficulties and demands of the enterprises in the E-business Industrial Park and planned a set of cross-border E-business talent training programs. In 2015, a total of 3000 people will receive specialized cross-border E-business training. The district aims to provide cooperation opportunities for 30 enterprises, organizations and universities, and promote the innovation and upgrading of the cross-border E-business models by introducing intelligence and talents to enterprises concerned.

In the future, Haishu District will continue to strengthen the E-business cooperative platform construction and E-business talent introduction work. With the goal of building the E-business Industrial Park as an expert service base at the national level, the district expects to establish a regular service mechanism with a group of top experts or scholars in three to five years, to help five enterprises in the industrial park to become leaders in their specialized sectors, and to introduce such supporting services as technology training, legal assistance and financial services. In the meantime, it will accelerate the realization of such preferential policies for E-business talents as settling down, tax reduction and children's schooling.

People can have ILETS test in Ningbo University now

SI-UK Education Council, one of the sponsors of ILETS, announced on May 29, that Ningbo University will be another exam center, which is the first in Ningbo and second in Zhejiang. The first test will be held on June 13. Examinees can log on the official website of IELTS for registration. 
So far, there have been 57 exam centers in 36 cities in China. The other center in Zhejiang Province is in Zhejiang Education and Examination Academy
