"With the tail wind generated by Internet+ strategy,we will be able to bring Chinese economy off to a new level." In 2015 government work report during the two sessions, Premier Li Keqiang firstly initiated Internet+ strategy. The sensitive Ningbo enterprises immediately responded to the initiative. Ningbo Joyson Electronics announced on 17th that it has decided to invest 0.5 billion yuan in setting up "Joyson Intelligent Internet of Vehicles Com. Ltd.", which aims to increase its investment in intelligent driving and internet of vehicles and explore the future in the area of driving. 
The electric announcement of Joyson shows that Joyson Intelligent Internet of Vehicles Com. Ltd. will mainly have equity investment in growing expanding and maturing enterprises of intelligent driving and internet of vehicles with great development potential and value of merger. The company will improve its investment in the service sectors like internet of vehicles and intelligent driving. It will exploit its current resources to support the new business. Meanwhile, the development of new business can help to upgrade the present business ecological system and finally achieve harmonious joint development. 
It is learned that Joyson Electronics, as a first-class auto parts supplier in the world, has accumulated rich experience of HMI and whole car manufacturer service. It has developed HMI systems such as idrive and MMI for BMW and Audi. In the award ceremony of 2014 HMI Competition held in Berlin, The latest SZM HMI designed by Joyson won the first prize. 

First cloud hospital put into operation in Ningbo

The first could hospital in China was officially launched in Ningbo on March 11, as the only regional online-offline cloud service platform with such functions as health consultation, health management, health education and online diagnosis & treatment. By July 2015, the hospital will have 10 cloud clinics with over 1000 registered online doctors.

The hospital has four cloud clinics currently, including the first clinic for diabetes, and three clinics newly launched on March 11 for hypertension, psychological consultation and family doctors respectively, with 226 registered cloud doctors. By the end of July, the number of clinics will reach 10 and that of the online doctors will exceed 1000. In addition, the cloud hospital has established connection with 68 chain pharmacies, and the online prescription can be easily transferred to the pharmacies concerned for the patients' convenience.

The online family physician model is another highlight of the cloud hospital. The family doctors can conduct mobile health management and the citizens can have better access to the services from family doctors via the cloud platform. With the remote co-diagnosis system, the platform establishes a supporting system for the family doctors backed by large hospitals and experts, forming a network medical platform citywide.

It is reported that Ningbo will issue related policies to encourage medical institutions and family doctors to practice on the cloud hospital platform, so as to benefit the citizens with quality, timely and convenient services by giving full play to the collaborative medical service.

The Spring Festival transportation concluded on March 15

The 40-day Spring Festival transportation ended on March 15th. According to statistics, 14.387 million person-time travelled by highway, railway, water and air during the Spring Festival holiday, twice the move of the total regular residents in Ningbo. The total transportation was safe, orderly and harmonious. 
High-speed train has become the first choice for travelers; there is an increasing number of tourists who choose to travel by air; it is common for migrant workers to go home by driving cars. The huge migration in 2015 shows a quite different new normal. 
Thanks to its money-saving and comfort, railway has become the first choice for people to go home. With the expansion of high-speed network, high-speed train has played a vital role in the migration. Affected by railway and self-driving, the road transportation was not so satisfactory, even during the golden time of Spring Festival. 
Analysts explained that the capacity of different transport modes has greatly changed, the travelling structure of tourists has also been optimized and adjusted. There is a rise in the travel by railway and air, but a decline in travel by road and water. It is noticeable that in the total transportation, road travel has dropped from 88% in 2010 to 63% this year. However, the railway travel increased from 8% to 29%. The road and water travel has dropped for 5 straight years.

"iNingbo" to cover counties and districts

It is learned from the 2015 Smart City work meeting for the counties and districts that "iNingbo", the government-funded WIFI hotspot service, will be expanded from the central urban area to other counties and districts in Ningbo.

"iNingbo", a platform sponsored by the government, was established last year and the wlan network of mobile operators and other self-operated networks can have access to the platform after authentication. The free wireless broadband service has been extended to bus stations and even on buses from such public places as the administrative service centers, medical institutions and libraries, with the number of free WIFI hotspots totaling 300.

Since the beginning of this year, the citizens in other counties and districts can have free access to the wireless broadband in public places. It is reported that "iNingbo" will cover more public places of the six urban districts and expanded to other counties, promoting the pilot of free wireless internet in major public places.
