2390 Cases of Individual-Operators-to-Enterprises Transformation Accomplished within Two Years

 Reporters knew from the administrative examination and approval window of Market Supervision Bureau that by the end of September, Cixi had accomplished 705 cases of transformation from individual operators to enterprises and totaled 2390 cases within two years with a gross registered capital of 476.7128 million yuan. It achieved the goal in advance that 2106 cases in Ningbo,2385 cases in Cixi and “accomplish the three-year task within two years” raised by Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government. The number of achievements was on the top over other cities in Ningbo. Among them, the number of transformation from individual operators to enterprises reached 434 with registered capital of 158.578 million yuan.
Last year, Cixi began Three-year Action Plan for Acceleration in Transformation from Individual Operators to Enterprises and we stressed out the key areas of household electrical appliance, bearing, textile and automobile accessories industries as well as the large-scale commercial service industry. This year, our city took the lead in introducing Industrial Guiding Criteria in Transformation from Individual Operators to Enterprises in most areas of Ningbo. According to the scale of output value, the area of business premises and the number of employees, we divided the standards in detail, making sure some of the assessment indexes, such as the target number, the proportion of transformation to firms, expansion and upgrading, the proportion of operators bringing into statistical directory, transaction rate at the tax registration office and so on.

On Oct.31, the 19th Ningbo International Housing Expo opened ceremoniously, which aims at showcasing the growth of the Ningbo City and the prospects and offering  spot sale of furnishing products for smart and environment-friendly homes, etc. The Housing Expo shall help citizens learn about the city’s development conveniently, and experience the new styles of urban life in livable city. 　　
Entering Hall No.1 of Ningbo International Conference and Exhibition Center, people can see the “Lively City • Livable Ningbo——2014 Ningbo Urban Construction Theme Exhibition” hosted by the Ningbo Housing and Urban-Rural Construction Committee. Though the hall is not big, such three exhibitions as Approaching Ningbo• New Urban Space, Feeling Ningbo• New City Speed, Enjoying Ningbo• New City Quality are held, showing Ningbo central urban area’s key block construction, key construction projects of Ningbo rail transportation, roads and bridges and Three Rivers and Six Banks quality improvement campaign，etc. In the exhibition, more than 10 sculptures are on display, which have unique shapes and profound meanings, attracting many citizens.

19th Ningbo International Housing Expo to be held

It is learned from the press conference held by Ningbo Government Information Office on October 29 that the 19th China (Ningbo) International Housing Products Expo will be held from October 31 to November 3 at Ningbo International Conference and Exhibition Center.

With the theme of "building modern and livable cities", this year's expo has attracted about 1000 brands for exhibition in 13 large exhibition areas. A dozen of related activities have been prepared, including the 2014 Ningbo Urban Construction theme exhibition, the trade fair for second-hand houses and the 2014 Ningbo Real Estate Summit Forum.

During the expo period, such real estate enterprises as the Youngor Group, Ningbo Real Estate and the Jinsheng Group will bring their latest housing projects. The "preferential housing supermarket" will provide buyers with some high-quality house sources. A range of smart environment-friendly construction and decoration materials will also be exhibited at the expo.

To benefit the ordinary citizens, the organizing committee of the expo will hold an exhibition of some award-winning works of the 2014 National Contest of Interior Design. The exhibition aims to provide the latest and most fashionable interior designs for the citizens and a learning platform for the local designers.
