Flood alert downgraded to level II

Ningbo has downgraded its flood alert from Level-I to Level II as water levels in major rivers declined, announced Ningbo Flood Control Headquarters this Friday afternoon. It still takes time to unclog all flooded streets though. Residents are warned to avoid flooded streets.
