“Ningbo Enterprises" photograph exhibition held in Vancouver

On July 27-28 local time, global exhibition of "Ningbo Enterprises" jointly organized by Ningbo International Communication Center, Ningbo Daily Press Group, and the Canadian Ningbo Chamber of Commerce landed in Canada and was exhibited on-site at the 2024 Chinese Traditional Culture Festival and the 16th Vancouver Water Splashing Festival.

The 2024 Chinese Traditional Culture Festival and the 16th Vancouver Water Splashing Festival, hosted by the Canadian Chinese Federation, showcase excellent traditional Chinese culture such as singing, dancing, opera, instrumental performances, qipao shows, and martial arts on site. It is reported that since its establishment, the Chinese Traditional Culture Festival and Water Splashing Festival have become an important platform for showcasing excellent traditional Chinese culture in the Greater Vancouver area with the support and participation of various parties. The Ningbo Theme Photograph Exhibition is the only photo exhibition on site.

Burnaby City Councilor and Acting Mayor James Wang said that these photos vividly showcase Ningbo's history, culture, and development achievements, and are a carrier for promoting cultural exchanges between the two cities. At the same time, the photograph exhibition also adds excitement to the cultural festival.

Chinese Consul General in Vancouver, Yang Shu, gave a favorite for the photography exhibition. He believes that similar cultural exchange activities are great and hopes to continuously enhance the brand of traditional Chinese culture and strive to build cultural communication bridges.

On site, many visitors took photos at the exhibition, and shared them on social media platforms. Many people also start their cloud tour of Ningbo by scanning the QR code on the display board. Burnaby City Councilor Joe Keithley said that using photos to bring the urban style and cultural essence of Ningbo to Canada is very creative and can quickly bring people from different cultural backgrounds closer together.

After being exhibited at the 2024 Chinese Traditional Culture Festival and the 16th Vancouver Water Splashing Festival, these photography will be moved to overseas factories established by Ningbo enterprises in Canada for display
