19th Zhejiang Sanitation Workers’ Day Celebrated

October 26 was the 19th Zhejiang Sanitation workers’ Day. On the afternoon of October 25, a grand celebration was held in Ningbo. Lu Ziyue, mayor of Ningbo and deputy secretary of the Municipal Party Committee, made instructions and extended his greetings to all the sanitation workers in Ningbo.
Recently, Ningbo carefully organized a series of celebration activities for the purposes of improving sanitation workers’ qualities and advocating social public services. In the celebrations, some provincial and municipal advanced sanitation collectives and workers were praised. Meantime, the sanitation workers advocated “No Littering from Cars”. They hope that every Ningbo citizen can care about, understand and respect sanitation workers and build a clean and civilized Ningbo together.
Lu Ziyue pointed out that sanitation workers bring us a clean and beautiful Ningbo by their hard work and sacrifice. They have achieved extraordinary results in ordinary work. He said in the instruction that “The 19th Zhejiang Sanitation Workers’ Day is approaching. I’d like to pay tribute and cordial greetings to all the sanitation workers. I hope you can make persistent efforts and greater contributions to the construction of a high-civilized “beautiful Ningbo”.
