Haishu Technological Services Develop Rapidly

The other day, a task declared by the Ningbo Nuoke Electronic Technology Development Co., Ltd. was listed in the national 863 programs, according to the Ministry of Science and Technology. Nuoke was responsible for the subject program of the key technology of viscosity reduction in the ultra deep and heavy oil collection together with the SINOPEC, the China University of Petroleum and the China University of Mining and Technology.
Nuoke was the first Haishu enterprise which was listed in the national 863 program. Since the beginning of this year, Haishu made great efforts in cultivating and supporting technological service enterprises, assembling and inventing new resources and accelerating the transformation of scientific and technological achievements. In the first quarter of 2013, the added value of the technological service industry reached 272 million Yuan, up 36.8% over the same period last year. The business income and profit reached 312 million Yuan and 99 million Yuan, an increase of 33.1% and 1.65 times respectively.
Wu Shengwu, chief of Haishu, said that technological service was an important part of regional science and technology innovation system and an indispensable bond between science-technology and application and production and consumption. Therefore, Haishu paid much attention to forge an innovation platform. The construction of Ningbo Kechuang Graden was launched last year with functions of design, research and development, production, promotion, sales, engineering, installation and exhibition. The park was constructed in three phases, among which the first phase would be delivered in the second half of 2013 with the building area of 3400 square meters.
