“Everyone can speak of his ideas about livelihood. That’s what Party’s work is all about as CPC can pool wisdom from all parts of the community”, Zhou Aiyu, a Party member commented. Recently, Ximen Street of Haishu District has launched a management project in a way of how we do with menus, where we can select something that we like. Party members can play their roles by regulating growing practices in private land. This is what people want to improve from the “menu”.
According to Cai Huiqun, vice secretary of Street Party Committee, they have rolled out menu-like management project in an attempt to give full play to the role of grass-root party members and community in making people’s life easier. At the moment, the “menu” has been distributed to 114 Party Secretaries, who will ask 2,089 members to choose from the menu the work they try to improve, from 12 Party Committees and 2 General Party Branches.
In this "three meetings and one lecture" (regular general meetings, regular branch meetings, Party group meetings and lectures about Party), the menu management project is divided into "Party education", "menu-like issues" and " the exchange". The "Party education" lists 15 topics, will be lectured by professors from Municipal Senior Professors Association. Contents will include red history and the era of the anti-Japanese bases in East Zhejiang, how to have better Party members and other familiar topics. They will also talk about promoting the rule of law, One Belt One Road and other topics linked to the development of Ningbo. In terms of menu-like issues, they will talk about 15 items involving residential parking, safety hazards of the old district public carport, how to normalize activities of party volunteers and other livelihood projects, community center and people concerned about the topic. The last part lists the time and place for observing 13 projects with party building characteristics.
25 Party members from Yongfeng community have recently discussed such topic as why public green land is used for private planting. Not only do they analyze the causes, but also how to play the role of party members and regulate the practice. Old Party member Zhou Aiyu advises:" Many issues involve the interest of the people so that people can be the backbone of our community. In this way, problem that some party members do not see can be well resolved."
Dai Liming, secretary of the Northern Community Party Branch, said: "In the past, the Party branch secretary bears most of the responsibility to do a lot of preparatory work, but in a relatively simple way. I've often wondered how Party organizations have a good life under the new normal? 'menu style' party building management project is the source of inspiration to me. It is relevant to issues of everyday life and the people. In this way, party members actively participate in lively activities with other community members. This is a rewarding move for push the Party forward as it promotes mutual learning."

On the morning of June 28, as the high-speed train G5602 from Fuzhou to North Wuyishan left Fuzhou Railway Station, Hefu High-speed railway, an important part of Jingfu (from Beijing to Fuzhou) high-speed railway, officially go into operation.
Hefu high-speed railway shorten the distance between the cities. The travel time from Fuzhou and Nanchang to Hefei has been condensed from 8.5h and 7h to about 4h; the travel time from Nanchang to Guiyang drops from 18.5h to 5h. The capital cities of Nanchang, Fuzhou, Hefei and Guiyang form a 5-hour transport circle. People are closer to the inter-provincial one city life.
The designed speed of Hefu High-speed is 350km/h. With rich tourism resources along the railway, it is also labeled as the most beautiful high-speed railway in China. The railway goes through Tongling, Jixi, Xuancheng, Shexian, Wuyuan, Shangrao and Ningde. These cities have a long history, with many famous historic figures and relics. It also travels past the picturesque Chaohu, Yellow Mountain, Wuyishan Moutain and Sanqingshan Mountain with clean waters and green mountains. The railway connects all the famous scenic spots in Anhui, Jiangxi and Fujian.
Then, what changes will the new railway bring to People in Ningbo. According to the well-informed person, there is no direct high-speed train from Ningbo to these places. But even if we transit via Hangzhou Dong or Shangrao, it will still be more convenient. For example, if you want to travel to Wuyishan Mountain, you can set off in the morning from Ningbo, and you will arrive there at noon.
