Activities held to celebrate beginning of summer
In a community in Haishu District, the volunteers are distributing preserved eggs to the elderly and sanitation workers, as part of the custom for the coming of "the beginning of summer".

11 May 2014—Mother’s Day, Shangri-La Hotel, Ningbo celebrates Mother’s Day with the theme “Surprise to Mothers, tell Mum 'I Love You' anytime, anywhere”. Around 40 mothers received a surprise gift from the hotel and their children.
This activity was held at our recently revamped Yi Café.

Group wedding of migrant workers in Beilun
On May 18, 18 couples of newly weds, who are all migrant workers in Beilun, had a group wedding ceremony at the Lisheng Rose Garden in Qijiashan of Beilun, Ningbo

10:00 Start to test ride the subways line 1.
11:15 Finish taking the subway, and gather at No.1 gate of the municipal administrative center.
11:30 Go to Pan Pacific Hotels and have a buffet lunch.
13:30 Go to Chinese painting international teaching & communication association. The address is 928 South Qianhu Road, Yinzhou District (5 floor, Ningbo university zone library).
14:00 – 16:00 Carry out the traditional Chinese painting and calligraphy experience activities.
