On the afternoon of the June 13, the Industrial Guidance Center for "Common Prosperity Workshop" in Zhenhai District, located in Luotuo Sub-district, was officially put into operation. Reportedly, this is the first of its kind in Ningbo.
Led by the working committees of New Economic Organizations and New Social Organizations of Zhenhai District Party Committee, the center is jointly participated by such departments as agriculture and rural affairs department, supply and marketing cooperatives, the bureau
of culture, broadcasting, tourism and sports, bureau of commerce, the trade union, women's federation, and industry and commerce federation. Through a unified organizational system, unified training guidance, unified resource scheduling, and unified brand operation, it provides six types of "common prosperity workshops" for processing materials, targeted recruitment, e-commerce live streaming, agricultural and tourism integration, brand promotion, and industry empowerment, offering such services as organization and incubation, planning and construction, supply and demand coordination, skill training, and policy consultation.
The workshop product exhibition hall, the live streaming e-commerce base, and industry guidance studios are all available at the center. It also opens six sub-centers in the towns (or sub-districts) in the entire district, providing free venues for the unified processing, packaging, and exhibition of qualified workshop products. In the form of "online live streaming + offline sales", the center or "common prosperity workshops" will directly ship the products, with the profits belonging to the workshops, thus solving the sales problems of workshop products.
It is worth mentioning that the center also focuses on mountain-sea collaboration and east-west collaboration, with the "common prosperity workshops" as a collaborative platform to achieve resource sharing and common prosperity. "With the help of the center and the sub-district authority, I'm going to start a Tiktok live broadcast room to expand the influence of Jinyang green pepper, to promote the sales of local agricultural products." said Lei Lin, a post-90s agricultural maker from Jinyang County of Liangshan Prefecture, Sichuan Province.
So far, Zhenhai District has incubated 25 "common prosperity workshops", docking with 90 enterprises, driving the employment of nearly a thousand rural surplus labor and low-income farmers, and leading to a per capita monthly income increase of nearly 3,000 yuan
