An intelligent city will emerge in the southeast of Yinzhou

The southeastern area of Xiaying Yinzhou is an important part for the Ningbo Southern New City to expand to 80 square kilometers. In recent years, Xiying street committee has completed the planning of “Intelligent City” which was designed by prestigious architect and evaluated by experts. It is reported that the intelligent industry cluster consists of Yinzhou intelligent industrial park, E-business industrial base and urban industrial community. Now, the high-end business building-Twin Towers, with a total investment of 650 million yuan and 97,000 square meters’ area, has been completed, which will become the E-business industry base. Besides, the urban industrial community with an area of 133.334 square meters is now under construction, which will accommodate enterprises above designated size.
As described, the future “Intelligent City”, which integrates R&D, city leisure, agricultural sightseeing and supporting infrastructures, will cultivate and introduce low-carbon but efficient industries and build a livable environment with rivers flowing around and river banks covered with grasslands. The “Intelligent City” will
make full use of the water network like ecological environment of Wandi and Yongxin river to build Wandi Agricultural Sightseeing Park, city sidewalk system and Yongxin river landscape avenue. A public square, a man-made lake will be built in the core functional area. 1 square kilometers will be preserved for Tiangong Manor in the agricultural sightseeing area and its sightseeing function will be upgraded. A landscape sidewalk of 3.6 kilometers long will be built along the river.
An “Intelligent City” which combines industry and city development is born in the southeast of Yinzhou. Now, the 1st and 2nd phase of Zhonghai International community, which can hold about 10 thousand people when completed, have harvested a good sale. Besides, Longhumingjingtai will soon be for sale. The future Xiaying district is about to hold 150,000 people. In the core area, a commercial complex with a total investment of $200 million will be built, which will be the third commercial polar after Wanda Liansheng and Incity Smart. In addition, Yinzhou Middle Schol and Lanqing School have been completed and will be put into use this September.
