Yesterday afternoon, the image ambassador of Poland at China-CEEC Expo was assigned, who is a handsome quick learner. Although he has been in Ningbo for no more than a week, Mr. ambassador Carro can speak a little of Ningbo dialect now. "Nong Hao" a greeting in Ningbo dialect at the news conference stirred laughter.
Carro was born in 1983, who has just spent his 32 birthday. He is nothing less than a straight A student from his resume. From 2002 to 2007, he studied in Kozminski University of Poland for master degrees of finance, investment and international relations, and foreign languages. As an exchange student, he also studied Lomonosov Moscow State University.
In 2007, he came to East China Normal University to study Chinese. At the same time, he worked as a business consultant in Shanghai for over 6 years. He is not only proficient in multiple foreign languages like Polish, English, Russian and Chinese, but also interested in travel, sports, volunteer and business study. However, his competence is more than these. It is learned that he is working now in Ningbo International Trade Promotion Bureau. He is one of the few civil servants with foreign nationality. He hoped that his efforts could promote the trade between Ningbo and central and eastern European countries
