High-end forums to land on Ningbo

The organizing committees of the 1st CEEC Expo, the 17th ZJITS and the 14th CICGF announced on June 6 that from June 8 to 12, a series of high-end forums will be held in Ningbo, including the China-CEEC Cooperation & Development Forum, providing the local citizens an opportunity to have access to the wisdom and inspiration of people from all walks of life.
As the first event, the China-CEEC Cooperation & Development Forum will be held on June 8 at the Nanyuan Universe Hotel. With the theme of "One belt, One road" initiative, leading officials from China and 16 CEEC countries will deliver keynote speeches, including the CEEC vice-premiers, ministers or deputy-ministers, and officials from the State Council, ministers or departments and those at the provincial or municipal level. Attendees of the forum include government and embassy representatives from the countries concerned, related organizations and exhibitors, domestic government representatives, experts, scholars, enterprise representatives and press representatives.
With the success of the 1st Ningbo-CEEC Mayors Forum in June 2014, this year will see the 2nd session of the forum. The participants of the forum will expand to governors, mayors, and other city leaders and researchers on "One belt, One road" initiative. The discussion will be carried out on the cooperation between China and central and eastern European countries, as well as the expansion of cooperation between CEEC countries and Zhejiang Province, Ningbo and other domestic cities, on a win-win basis.
During the expo, there will be other forums, such as the China (Ningbo)-CEEC Education Forum, the Forum for Art Gallery Directors of the 16 CEEC Countries, the 13th Global Chinese Summit Forum (Ningbo) as well as the Global Innovative Service Conference, and China (Ningbo) New-Energy Auto Cooperation Summit.
The 17th ZJITS will also bring a "feast" for the citizens, including such activies as the Zhijiang River Summit, Zhejiang Economic Summit Forum, and the Top 500 Investment Forum. To be specific, the Zhijiang River Summit will cooperate with the internationally renowned press of the Finance Times from the UK. With innovations in form and content, the summit will focus on the global and domestic economic situation, national strategies, the provincial economic and social development and industrial priorities. It will release the "2015 China-Zhejiang Investment Report", publicizing materials for the seven leading industries in Zhejiang Province, and the "major foreign-funded projects in Zhejiang Province", providing the cut-edging economic information for the business representatives and participants of the symposium.
