It is learned from the departments concerned that the 2014 Ningbo E-commerce Exhibition will be held from March 7 to 9 in Ningbo International Convention and Exhibition Center.
The exhibition will be jointly held by 12 e-commerce organizations from such cities including Beijing, Ningbo and Suzhou, themed on "from internet to mobile internet". There are four exhibition areas, respectively for B2B and B2C, cross-border e-commerce, e-commerce "quick shopping" and O2O brand alliance. A sub-venue will be set up in Ningbo Import Commodity Display & Trade Center. The exhibition features mobile internet with over 40% participating enterprises focusing on developing mobile e-commerce.
On behalf of the "Alibaba" team, 1688.com, the biggest e-commerce platform for small domestic enterprises in China, attended the exhibition. 1688.com covers such sectors as raw materials, industrial products, garments and clothing, home furnishing and small commodities, and provides a series of services ranging from raw material purchase and production and processing to commodity wholesales. It has become an influential operating group on taobao.com and Tmall.com. It brings in successful business experiences in the sectors of home furnishing, food and clothing.
Tencent will launch the "micro=butler" of housing, a great advance in the field of mobile e-commerce for real estate. The large=amount payment via Wechat will be applied in the real estate sector. At the exhibition, citizens can easily pay their deposit (usually over 10,000 yuan) by using their mobile phones.
In addition, a series of theme docking meeting will be carried out between traditional production, trade enterprises and e-commerce and their operation groups. The organizing committee will collect the demands for cooperation from traditional enterprises via the "e-commerce" Wechat services. After the exhibition, the "e-commerce" platform will continue to provide services for cooperation regularly.
