CPI of Ningbo rose by 2.0%

According to updated statistics of Ningbo Statistical Survey Team of the State Statistics Bureau, affected by the rising food price, in June the CPI of Ningbo rose by 2.6%, 0.1 points lower than the average index of the country. From January to June this year, the CPI of Ningbo rose by 2.0%, 0.4 points lower than the average index of the country for the first half this year.
On monthly basis, the CPI of Ningbo rose by 0.2%, a result of the rise in prices of services.
Statistics show that In June, the price in services rose by 0.5% on monthly bases. Of the services, the air fare rose by 22.5%, the highest of all services.
Statistics show that in June, the price of food rose by 0.1% on a month-on-month basis, of which, vegetables rose by 2.1%, meat and related products by 1.9%, and port by 4.4%.
Statistics show that in June, the price of industrial products dropped by 01.% on a month-on-month bases. Of the products, the price of liquid gas dropped by 1.5%, jewelry by 4.2%, and cars by 1.3%.
On the year-on-year basis, in June the price of consumer goods rose by 2.0%. Of the consumer goods, tobacco and wine products rose by 0.8%, clothing by 3.2%, household appliances and services by 1.6%, health and personal necessities by 2.4%, and entertainment and cultural services by 1.1%.
