Spring Festival tourism market picked up

As the fourth day of the Spring Festival holiday, after a snowy day, January 26 saw a fine weahter. Although the temperature was low, the tourists' enthusiasm was high with all those wonderful programs and activities in those major scenic spots in Ningbo.
During the holiday, some major tourist attractions made great endeavor to attract tourists by organizing some colorful activities.
Major scenic spots, such as Xikou Scenic Spot, the World Jade Garden Scenic Zone, Qiantong Ancient Town and Dongqian Lake Tourist Resort, received tourists from Shanghai, Jiangshu Province and other cities in Zhejiang Province, most of them being self-driving tourists.
To experience the rural life is one of the biggest attractions for the tourists. Lots of citizens poured into such places as Tiangong Manor Leisure Resort, Xijiang Ancient Village, Tengtou Eco-tourism Zone, Cixi Bridge Farm and the Urban Agriculture Park in Jiangbei District to experience the "Happy Farm" through such activities as fruit and melon picking and other farm chores.
It is also worth mentioning that Ninghai Hot Spring arranged activities of open-air hot spring bath, fish spa and flower bath for tourists. The skiing project of Shanglianggang Tourist Resort in Fenghua County also attracted a number of sports lovers.
By 4 o'clock yesterday, the number of visitors in Xikou Scenic Spot, Dongqian Lake Tourist Resort, the World Jade Garden and Qiantong Ancient Town reached 32500, 26800, 21000 and 20000 respectively.
By the time of writing this report, the tourism market is in good order and no tourist accident is reported, and the only one complaint received by the municipal Tourism Quality Surveillance Station has been dealt with successfully.
