Ningbo Fosters Small and Micro Businesses in a Greater Degree in 2015

Ningbo’s small and micro enterprises usher in more pleasant days. On April 14, according to Economy, Trade and Information Commission of Ningbo Municipality, 2015 small and micro enterprises foster campaign has been launched recently in Ningbo in greater degree compared with previous years.
According to the program of the special campaign, in 2015, Ningbo will further promote the upgrading of small and micro enterprises in quality, and over 3000 businesses will be on board on an accumulative basis with more than 550 small and micro enterprises.
To make financing and guarantees more accessible for small and micro businesses, the proposed scheme will actively promote the development of government-backed guarantee agencies, increase financial and guarantee support for small and micro enterprises, and carry out the risk management mechanism shared by both the government and banks with an aim to providing a total of more than 15 billion yuan for these enterprises in a year.
Such mechanism is the first new financing platform by Economy, Trade and Information Commission of Ningbo Municipality, which means for three consecutive years from 2014 onwards, Ningbo City allocates five million yuan each year for the financing institutions to provide guarantees for small and micro business in compensation for losses. Losses will be made up from the government, banks, and guarantee companies to the proportion of 1: 1: 3.
In addition, to further reduce the burden on small and micro enterprises, in 2015, Ningbo will strengthen fees management of businesses, establish and implement list system of charges related enterprises, and investigate against the violation of the legitimate rights and interests of businesses.
