Circular industry chain in Ninghai Bay continue to optimize

It is learned from the Circular Economic Development Zone of Ninghai Bay on March 6 that SCR project of ZECT has been completed and put into operation, and the power plant's project of the comprehensive utilization of solid wastes is ready to start construction, which mark the optimization of the "extending chain" of the circular industry in Ninghai Bay area and the further improvement of the core competitiveness of the region.
In 2013, the Administrative Committee of the Circular Economic Development Zone of Ninghai Bay will deepen the implementation of the strategy of developing the zone by strengthening ecological construction, industries, tourism and marine economy, and highlight the four tasks of strengthening the industrial investment, making tourism breakthroughs, enhancing construction and transforming attitudes. By accelerating new industrialization, urbanization and urban-rural integration, the committee aims to promote the circular economy and the development and fusion of tourism and holiday industry.
The strategy of developing the zone by developing industries will be vigorously implemented and the transformation of the economic development mode will be accelerated. With the focus on speeding up the structural adjustment and transforming the development mode, the zone authority will continue to follow the road of new-type industrialization. By strengthening the policy measures to support industrial development and accelerating the launch of the SME entrepreneurial base construction, the zone will further improve entrepreneurship and development environment for enterprises. In addition, enterprises will be encouraged to increase the effective input to key technology projects, which will enhance the supporting and stimulating role of the investments in developing industries and the overall development capacity.
Introduction of investments will be increased, the industrial chain of the circular economy will be optimized, and the marine economic development platform will be strengthened. The zone will continue to attract the central enterprises, state-owned enterprises, provincial enterprises, high-quality listed companies, and leading industrial enterprises to make investment, in accordance with the leading industries and the resource advantages of the zone. According to the development strategy of strengthening the zone's leading industries, leading enterprises, and its accumulative effect, the zone will speed up the construction of a new building materials cluster area in east Zhejiang Province. Confronted with the current domestic situations of economy, ecological environment, and consumer trends, the zone will make greater efforts to attract more investments in tourism, service industry, real estate industry and other emerging industries, while promoting the industrial investment.
The infrastructure construction will be accelerated and the service functions of the zone will be further improved. With the working concept of providing services for projects, the Administrative Committee endeavors to speed up the infrastructure construction to provide favorable infrastructure conditions supports for the regional development. At present, the Ninghai Bay Avenue has been completed and put into use, with most of other ancillary works completed, and other main roads well under construction. In addition, the tourism infrastructure, the tourism service system and the management mechanism have been further improved to introduce and develop a group of tourism complexes and attract high-quality developers and operators. The focus will be put on the development of such special tourism projects as convention and exhibition, seafood program, recreation and treatment, and a coastal tourist resort featured the integration of sightseeing, tourism and leisure activities.
