Beilun Registered More than 20 Billion yuan in Sales of Consumer Goods

2015 saw Beilun District record more than 20 billion yuan for the first time at 22.908 billion yuan in sales of cosumer goods, or a 13% rise compared with the same period of the previous year. The unprecedented increase made Beilun a top player in the game Ningbo-wide.
Last year, Beilun District carried out policies in favor of business as part of efforts to help upgrade business models, encourage its companies to explore wider market presence across China and boost overall competitive strengths. Moreover, the district pushed for Phase Two project construction of Intime City, the building of Jiangnan Automobile 4S City and Hilton Hotel. It also managed to stage 15 events, including Shopping Festival, Fubang Square Cultural Feast, a competition in internet innovation and entrepreneurship. All these have prompted more consumption
