First e-commerce travel agency settles in Jiangbei

The opening ceremony of Lvmama International Travel Agency, the first e-commerce travel agency in Ningbo, was held on April 26 in Jiangbei District. The company is a large-scale O2O project jointly established by Shanghai Joyu Culture Communication Co. Ltd. and Zhejiang Donggang International Travel Services Co. Ltd.
The Joyu Group, a tourism operating group providing the one-stop services for scenic spots, tourist destinations and tourists, is composed of such business divisions as KChance Tourism Planning Consultancy, lvmama.com, the Joyu Tourism Development Co. Ltd., the Joyu Tourism Marketing Services Co. Ltd., the Campsort holiday inns, and the Limitless Journey Department. The lvmama.com website was founded in 2008, and has since been known as a new-style B2C tourist E-commerce website and information and booking platform for self-guided tours.
The Lvmama International Travel Agency, based on the great brand effect and e-commerce platform of the lvmama.com as well as the advanced tourism resources of Ningbo Donggang International Travel Services Co. Ltd., will conduct the direct O2O chain business of 50 travel agencies of Ningbo and other cities, to promote the business pattern transformation of the traditional tourism and enhance its competitiveness in the industry. Different from the traditional operating patterns, the travel agency will integrate the online (lvmama.com) and offline platforms to occupy the tourism market of the southeast Zhejiang area, including such places as Ningbo, Zhoushan and Taizhou. It is estimated that in five years the travel agency will realize an accumulative turnover of 400 million yuan.
According to a person in charge of the district tourism department, Jiangbei District has abundant tourism resources with its beautiful landscape and rich historic and cultural tradition, and the new landscape construction and the improved tourism facilities have also strengthened its tourism. In recent years, thanks to the "beautiful Jiangbei" e-commerce platforms, the district has carried out cooperation with such eminent tourist websites as LY.com, Ctrip.com and lvmama.com, and the related tourist products have been well received. The settlement of the Lvmama International Travel Agency will definitely make a difference for the district to expand its tourist markets.
