Ningbo Konfoong Materials purchased production line and patent technology from Mitsubishi Materials

The agreement on Ningbo Konfoong Materials purchasing the CMP production line and patent technology from Mitsubishi Materials, leading in the world in producing ultra large integrated circuit, was signed on 15th. The purchase opened a new era for Chinese material making of ultra large scale integrated circuit.
The Konfoong Materials specializes in producing high purity sputtering target, used in the ultra large integrated circuit and the key material in the chip cables. And the CMP production line is used to smooth cables. Konfoong Materials will invest 250 million Yuan in CMP with an expected yearly output of one billion Yuan.
