Commercial housing and second-hand housing transactions increase

According to the statistics by Ningbo Real Estate Transaction Center released on December 9, the commercial housing sales and the second-hand housing sales in the urban area in November have both increased compared with the previous month.
In November, 19 new real estate units were available online, including 16 for residence, reaching a new peak in 2014 in terms of amount of new housing. A total of 4142 commercial houses were sold, 19 more than in October. Among the top ten units for sale, eight were located in Yinzhou District, and one in the Dongqian Lake Tourist Resort and one in Jiangbei District.
In terms of the distribution of sales, Yinzhou District ranked No.1, accounting for 45.33% of the total sales volume. And the percentages for other areas are as follows, Jiangdong District, 12.95%, Jiangbei District 9.31%, Zhenhai District 6.56%, Beilun District 6.54%, Dongqian Lake Tourist Resort 5.66%, the High-tech Zone 5.18%, the northern area to Jiangbei District 3.73% and Haishu District 3.54%.
On the subject of the second-hand housing sales, 2155 houses were sold, 252 more than that in October. Specifically speaking, 1108 houses were in the three urban districts, 452 in Yinzhou District, 345 in Beilun District and 250 in Zhenhai District.
As to the distribution of sales, Yinzhou District accounted for 28.33% of the total, Jiangdong District 23.25%, Haishu District 14.74%, Jiangbei District 14.22%, Beilun District 10.16% and Zhenhai District 9.3%.
