Spring tea to be picked

With the warm weather and rising temperature, the local spring tea is now ready for picking.
On the tea mountain of Hushan Village of Mushan Town of Yuyao County, some tea-picking workers were busy picking the Wuniuzao Tea. With an area of over 1000 mu, the tea farm mainly produces such varieties as Wuniuzao Tea, the White Tea of Anji and the Golden Buds. The Wuniuzao Tea is the first variety to be picked, and due to the warm weather, the picking period this year is about one week earlier than the usual. The price of the first batch of the spring tea will remain almost the same as in last year.
If the temperature continues to rise, the spring tea varieties will all greet the picking period, according the technicians from the municipal Forestry Specialty Technology Center
