On the afternoon of September 23, theory seminar on General Secretary Xi Jinping Series Speech, Promoting Ningbo Governance Systems and Governance Capacity Modernization was held. It is organized by the Municipal Publicity Department, Municipal Policy Research (municipal comprehensive deepening of reform leading group office), Municipal Development Research Centre, Academy of Social Sciences. The seminar received a total of 184 candidate papers, after expert review, 5 first prize winners, 15 first prize winners, 30 first prize winners. At the meeting, eight award-winning authors made a remark from the exchange reform of economic, political, social, cultural, ecological and other aspects.
The meeting noted that comprehensively deepening reform, promoting national governance systems and governance capacity modernization are the grand goal of the new era. Xi Jinping made a series of important instructions during his work in Zhejiang, not only painting a strategic level to outline a blueprint for the development of Ningbo, but also a development path from a practical level. We should learn from the remarks of general secretary Xi Jinping, so as to promote modernization of Ningbo forward step by step.
