New train service arrived in Ningbo ?

The other day people at Ningbo Tian Yi Square did have a closer look at the newly arrived train. Some where wondering if this will be a new design for the high speed train, while others were discussing if this train will be used in the Ningbo Rail Mass Transit subway train system. Or was it just a well planned promotional campaign?
