ZJITS, CICGF and China-CEEC Expo under preparation

It is learned from the preparation meeting held on May 16 that the 2016 Zhejiang Investment & Trade Symposium, China International Consumer Goods Fair and China-CEEC Investment & Trade Expo will launch 42 important activities, including the promotion of over 300 major investment projects in the whole province by the ZJITS, most of which are quality projects to promote the industrial transformation and benefit the local citizens. Liang Liming, Vice-governor of Zhejiang Province attended the meeting and delivered an important speech, and Wang Jianhou, Vice-mayor of Ningbo reported the preparation work of the three events on behalf of the municipal government.
After hearing the reports of the departments concerned and the preparation work, Liang Liming pointed out that as the preparation work will soon be completed, Ningbo should build the three events as the platforms for reform and opening-up by attaching greater importance to the business and exhibition attraction and investment introduction. It is also hoped that the China-CEEC Investment & Trade Expo will become a national strategy and help to enhance the position of Zhejiang Province and Ningbo in the national "one belt, one road" initiative. Ningbo should make improvement in certain aspects and make efforts to satisfy the needs of the attendees of the events. As the host city, it should play a major role to ensure the success of the events with accurate and considerate services.
Vice-governor Liang emphasized that as the coming guests to the three events are at a high level, particularly the 2nd China-CEEC Ministerial Meeting on Promoting Trade and Economic Cooperation, which will attract a large group of foreign dignitaries, the departments and agencies concerned should pay more attention to the security job and ensure the success of the events
