Overseas Chinese businessmen visiting Ningbo

From August 1 to 3, with the theme of “overseas Chinese gathering in Ningbo to jointly discuss about development”, the China Overseas Chinese Business Association invited over 100 prominent overseas Chinese businessmen to visit Ningbo, as a part of their series tour to Zhejiang Province.
During their stay in Ningbo, the businessmen participated in the investment environment promotion conference, visited the Ningbobang Museum, inspected such characteristic parks as the Sino-Italian Ecological Park of Ningbo, the Wangchun Industrial Park, the Southern Business District of Ningbo, and the Science and Technology Innovation Park for Zhejiang University Alumni in Ningbo, and conducted project negotiations and exchanges with companies concerned.
According to Lin Jinlong, executive director of China Overseas Chinese Business Association, “As an important starting port of the ancient Maritime Silk Road in China, Ningbo has unique conditions in terms of social network resources, geographical environment, and cultural characteristics, and is worth investing in by overseas Chinese businessmen.”
The present businessmen expressed that as soon as they set foot on the land of Ningbo, they could feel the enormous potential for development. They highly praised Ningbo’s excellent business environment and unique industrial advantages, and hoped to further strengthen exchanges and cooperation in the future, to achieve two-way cooperation with Ningbo and create a better future together
