2 billion yuan to invested in educational infrastructure construction

It is learned from Ningbo Municipal Bureau of Education that in 2015 Ningbo plans to invest over two billion yuan s the educational infrastructure fund to build over 30 new schools or institutions.
In 2015, Ningbo will focus on the rest 13 major educational projects listed in the "three-year action plan for Ningbo's economic and social transformation and development", including over 30 school or institution construction projects like the building of two new high schools, the expansion of two vocational high schools and the building ofthe new campus of Ningbo University of Technology, 60 kindergarten construction projects, and 730 dining hall improvement projects for schools in the city. It is hoped that the over 700,000 students and teachers of all the primary schools and middle schools in Ningbo will have access to the safe and healthy drinking water one year ahead of schedule.
In 2015, Ningbo finance will invest over two billion yuan in the educational infrastructure construction with the emphasis on some major projects. The demolition and resettlement project of the Double Bridge Village of Ningbo University will be promoted, and the new campus of Ningbo University of Technology will be completed. The construction will be promoted for the such projects as Ningbo TAFE Institute, the new library and sports training hall of Ningbo University, the supporting facilities of the University of Nottingham (Ningbo), the Foreign Aid Building of Ningbo Polytechnic, the second phase of the project of Ningbo No.2 Technology School, the High School of Eastern New Town (planned name), Wanli School of the High-tech Zone (planned name) and the smart education project. Some projects will be completed, including Ningbo Educational and Technological R&D Center, Ningbo Educational Museum, the comprehensive building of Zhejiang Fashion Institute of Technology, the teaching and research building of Ningbo Institute of Education, the expansion project of Yongjiang Vocational High School, and the campus culture construction project of Ningbo High School. And some major projects will be started, like the Training Building of Ningbo College of Health Sciences, the expansion project of Ningbo Li Huili High School, and the comprehensive building of Ningbo No.4 High School.
