Currently, Ningbo has a great demand for highly-skilled and professional talents with the development of the strategic emerging industries, the polar industries and the traditionally strong industries. To meet the demand, the 2015 large-scale job fair for skilled talents was held on the morning of November 13 at the Human Resources Building. With such blocks as the special job fair for skilled talents, the forum for prominent enterprises, and the exhibition and docking meeting for technical colleges, the fair provides a demand of 2786 talents for 876 posts in over 120 enterprises.
The fair attracted over 1500 skilled talents and reached over 300 initial intentions. The "recruitment helping group" was set up at the fair to provide specialized consultancy and recommendation services for enterprises and talents.
