100 headhunting institutes attracting talents for Yinzhou District

The other day, about 100 headhunting institutes inside and outside Zhejiang Province gathered in Yinzhou District to help local enterprises to attract and introduce talents. This is the first time for the District to invite so many talent intermediary institutes to come to promote the transformation and upgrading of enterprises and help them tackle the problem of attracting talents. This activity involving the 100 human resources service institutes also aroused a great attention among the enterprises in Yinzhou District, and 72 of them participate in the related negotiations. The institutes are informed of the new supporting policies for the development of the human resources service industry, which came out at the end of August. According to the policies, talent intermediary institutes can enjoy a series of supporting incentives and soft services, such as special concessions in site leasing, tax reduction and measures to guarantee their growth.
