454 new products put into trial production in Cixi

Recently, the plan of the third batch of the industrial new products in 2015 was announced, and 114 new products from 25 enterprises in Cixi County were in the list. Altogether, 454 new products were put into trial production in Cixi in 2015, with a total R&D investment of 355 million yuan. Reportedly, all the 114 new products have been developed so far, and it is estimated that the newly added value will reach 3.745 billion yuan with the annual added tax revenue of 494 million yuan.
In recent years, the enterprises in Cixi County have been actively developing equipment and manufacturing products, including 41 machinery equipment, accounting for 9%. Among all the 454 new products, 22 have reached the advanced international level, accounting for 4.8%; 247 have reached the leading national level, accounting 54.4%; 181 have reached the advanced national level, accounting for 39.9%; four have filled the domestic blank, accounting for 0.9%; 46 products can replace the imported ones, accounting for 10.1%; 36 are independent high-tech products, accounting for 7.9%; and 41 are high-tech products, accounting for 9%. The new products cover such fields as the CNC machinery and key parts, household appliances, auto parts, medical equipment, new materials, high and low-voltage electrical appliances, chemical fiber, building materials, and energy-saving lamps. Cixi Economic and Information Technology Bureau will conduct the follow-up services for some major projects and the timely assessment and approval upon the completion of the projects. It is reported that two of the projects have successfully applied the "No.1 equipment in the province" and received a grant of 500,000 yuan respectively. Five of the items have been included in the list of "major industrial new products" in Ningbo.
