Great increase of enterprises in 2013

According to a report of enterprises registered in 2013, Ningbo witnessed a radical increase in the number of registered enterprises and the registered capital and the newly established enterprises tend to be more upgraded.
In 2013, Ningbo registered 30,515 domestic enterprises and 667 foreign-funded enterprises, increased by 39.1% and 13.8% year on year respectively. Of the newly founded enterprises, the average investment of a domestic enterprise amounts to 4,465,000 yuan, 14.8% more than the same period in the previous year; the average investment of a foreign funded corporate enterprise amounts to 16,790,000 US dollars, up by 47% over the same period of last year.
The companies in fund operation have more fund than other companies. In the last year, there are 843 newly established enterprises engaged in investment and asset management, whose fund adds up to 79.75 billion yuan, covering 58.5% of the total of the registered capital of the companies registered in the year. Of these companies, there are 113 companies whose capital excels 100 million yuan, covering 56.8% of the companies registered in the year.
The enterprises in real property has a notable recovery. In 2013, the city has 524 new real property enterprises, and the registered capital totals 13.862 billion US dollars, increased by 68.5% and 211.8% respectively year on year. The there are 158 newly founded real property development and management enterprises, and the registered capital totals 13.2 billion yuan, 83,540,000 yuan on average. There are 19 foreign-funded real property enterprises, with the investment totaling 2.32921 billion US dollars, and the registered capital totaling 1.67009 billion US dollars, increased by 280%, 3 49% and 359.4% respectively. The investment of these enterprises covers about 37.1% of the total investment by the newly established enterprises.
The traditional manufacturing industry is more prosperous than before. After a series of adjustments, the domestic manufacturing industry is shifting from the low-end labor intensive businesses to hi-end information and services businesses. As is the case with Zhejiang Litong New Energy Automobile Company and Zhejiang Haiman Robot Co., Ltd. In 2013, Ningbo registered 8,204 domestic enterprises, and the registered capital totals 8.736 billion yuan, increased by 52% and 20.4% year on year respectively.
