International luxury brands vying to snatch Ningbo market

The first all-China CLUXC Luxury Meeting of the New Year was held in Ningbo a couple of days ago. It was learned from the meeting that this luxury operator that gathers some 300 top brands in Europe plans to open 50 to 60 stores in China in 2014. The first CLUXC store of Ningbo will be settled at the Tianyi Square business area, and it’s expected to open in May. 
CLUXC is a brand developed by Shanghai Shilou Industrial Co., Ltd. It is authorized by European LUXURY ASSOCIATION and Italian GIFTALY Store. It is an enterprise specialized in operating the top luxury brands of Europe. It operates stores of luxury brands, luxury membership experience stores and online distribution. 
According to the China Luxury Market Report 2012 released by the world-renowned Bain & Company, in 2012 Chinese people’s consumption of luxury products topped 300 billion yuan, making China the biggest country in luxury consumption. “East Zhejiang with Ningbo as the heart is economically developed and boasts robust consumption capability. The Heyi Avenue has become the gathering place of international luxury brands. The Ningbo market boasts tremendous potentials”, said a leader of CLUXC. In the future, Ningbo will be their targeted area for business.
