Hangzhou Bay New Area Taking measures to attract talents

To nurture 100 business-establishment talents, to introduce 100 intelligent projects, to form 100 teams of technology innovation, to establish 100 technological service platforms for enterprises, and to have 100 enterprises with sufficient talents, these are the targets set in the five programs that Ningbo Hangzhou Bay New Area has carried out to attract more talents. For these programs, the New Area has set up a special fund of at least 300 million yuan to turn the Area into a "special zone of talents".
In view of the five programs, The New Area will give greater support to the talented people who work in the area. A person who establishes his business in the area and turns over 100 million yuan in the sales value in three years is likely to get an award of 2 million yuan maximally.
Apart from the five programs, the New Area is also implementing other programs like the "assuring program", the "housing program" and the "encouraging program". It has opened the "green channel" for returned scholars to establish their businesses and provide them overall services. It has established a fund for talented people, and improved a system to reward the talented people.
