Residential housing price down by 0.1% in Ningbo

According to the newly released statistics by China Index Academy, the average price for the surveyed commercial housing was 13283 yuan per square meter in May, slightly down by 0.1% compared with that in April.
Judged from the statistics, the average price for residential housing has not changed much, remaining at 13200 yuan per square meter. Allegedly, the statistics mainly come from the quotation from housing developers. The samples are all residential housing with the construction scale of 30,000 square meters and above and sold part less than 95%.
