According to Ningbo Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau on Mar. 19th, registration application for the 15th High Level Talents Conference is lunched in Ningbo, so is its online version.
While Ningbo has held High Level Talents Conference for fourteen years, this time witnesses the debut of its online version. According to incomplete statistics, about half of newly graduated talents with master's degree and doctor's degree are introduced through High Level Talents Conference. However, because there is only one chance available for application in the previous conferences, many talents who want to work in Ningbo miss their opportunity due to time and space.
“The launch of online version will maximize the function of High Level Talents Conference, a platform to attract talents, because it can be accessed to with no space limit, allowing repeated application”, said an authority from Ningbo Municipal Talent Service Center.
It is reported that employers participating in Online High Level Talents Conference include more than 1,000 public institutions, pillar industries and high and new technology industries in Ningbo as well as other institutions and enterprises in Yangtze River Delta. Although annul salaries of posts listed online are uncertain by now, based on those offered in High Level Talents Conference in recent years, it is estimated that in order to attract high level talents nationwide, there will be plenty of posts with annul salary varied from 100,000 yuan to 1 million yuan.
Talents can log in Online High Level Talents Conference through www.nbrc.com.cn as from today. They are only required to register and fill in personal information, after which they can immediately search interested posts and contact with companies. In turn, through the same web page can companies participate in the conference.
Participants of Online High Level Talents Conference shall meet at least one of the following requirements:
2014 graduates with master's degree or doctor's degree from 90 invited key institutions of higher learning;
On job technicians under 50 years old with qualification to work in associate technical posts or above;
On jobs under 45 years old with master’s or above degree;
On job technicians or highly skilled workers under 45 years old and senior technicians under 50 years old.
On job general managers, deputy general managers, CEOs, CFOs, CHOs, CTOs, sales directors, chief engineers, chief accountants, chief designers and chief economists under 50 years old.
Whoever has worked as principal middle-level managerial personnel in large, medium-sized enterprises for at least 5 years and is in urgent demand in Ningbo
