Ningbo shuts down 2 chemical companies

The other day, an expert group of the Safe Production Supervision Administration of Ningbo made an on-the-spot check of a chemical plant in Ningbo Hangzhou Bay New Area and found out the hidden dangers in the facilities. For this danger, the group refused to issue the safety production license to the company. This indicates that the company is forbidden to produce hazardous chemicals.
According to Safe Production Supervision Administration of Ningbo, till now in 2014, 31 companies engaged in the production of hazardous chemicals have not passed the on-the-spot check and they are ordered to make corrections within a prescribed limit. 2 chemical enterprises are shut down for they are up to the standards of production safety.
According to Safe Production Supervision Administration of Ningbo, at present, the city has 192 enterprises engaged in the production of hazardous chemicals and 70 mines, which are mainly in Yuyao, Yinzhou and Xiangshan. Till now in 2014, 31 companies engaged in the production of hazardous chemicals have not passed the on-the-spot check and 4 of them are mines, which are ordered to make corrections within a prescribed limit. 2 chemical enterprises are shut down for they are up to the standards of production safety, for they failed to remove the hidden dangers after the corrections within the prescribed limit.
