Ningbo SAT Issued First E-Invoice to E-Commerce Enterprise

“Our E-Invoice has just been uploaded to the invoice system terminal. The E-Invoice will help us save roughly 1 million a year,” said Wen Ping, the financial accountant from Ri Ri Shun IOT Co., ltd. on Oct. 14. The E-commerce in Ningbo begins a total information area with the issue of the first E-invoice.
The E-invoice is of great importance to the computerization, the digitalization, the networking and the paperless E-commerce in Ningbo. “The E-invoice includes the trading information of both parties and is recorded by tamper-resistant data text. This will not only reduce the management cost of the enterprises but also save the invoice printing cost for the tax departments, thus increasing the service efficiency.
While generalizing the use of E-invoices, under the concept of “Internet + tax”, Ningbo SAT introduced upgraded “online application” invoice service, built new invoice service system combining online with offline, realized nation-wide ticket types application, SMS reminders and express delivery, occupying the first place at home in various indexes.
Up to now, 135 enterprises have applied for invoices in the upgraded online tax service hall and over 50 percent enterprises have chosen express delivery service in Ningbo. Related officials of Ningbo IRS said, next, based on Mobile Client APP, we will develop and promote remote invoice application service. “Tax service hall in pocket” will soon be in operation for taxpayers in Ningbo.
