Ningbo Carries out “Internet Plus” Action Plan

Ningbo is speeding up the process of carrying out the “Internet Plus” Action Plan. On March 24, Ningbo Municipal Government and the Internet Society of China signed a strategic cooperative framework agreement, reinforcing the cooperation in E-commerce, mobile Internet, cloud computing, big data and industrial Internet and Internet banking.
According to the framework agreement, the two sides shall conduct cooperation in industrial transformation and upgrading, introduction of foreign brains, establishing international e-commerce parks, conducting information industry planning and consultation, including co-sponsoring the annual China Internet Conference E-commerce Session cum Cross-border E-commerce Expo, establishing China International E-commerce Industrial Park and China Internet Innovation Park for Returned Scholars in the Ningbo Free Trade Zone. Meanwhile, the Internet Society of China will provide counseling services for the development of Internet economy and information industry planning of the city.
