National tax revenue reaches 44.1 billion yuan

Ningbo Municipal Office of SAT yesterday announced the tax revenue in the first five months this year. From January to May, the city's tax departments collected 44.182 billion yuan as domestic tax revenue, an increase of 9.6% over the same period of last year.
In May, the city’s tax revenue stands at 8.342 billion yuan, an increase of 9.2%. To be specific, the tax income of the central government-level reaches 6.455 billion yuan, an increase of 5.8%, while that of the local-level reaches 1.886 billion yuan, an increase of 22. 6%. According to analysts, this year, the city economy has shown a moderate recovery trend. The relevant economic indicators have picked up, which is the fundamental factor for the steady growth of tax revenue this year.
