Grenada promotes investment in Ningbo

As of June 10, 2015, the free-visa agreement between China and Grenada went into effect. People from the two countries can enter the other country without a visa for 30 days. Encouraged by the favorable policy, the first China Invests Grenada Forum 2015 was held in Ningbo. At the meeting, representative from Grenada Premier House promoted the investment projects like culture, tourism and housing.
Grenada lies in the southernmost of Windward Islands in East Caribbean Sea, 160km from the coast of Venezuela in the south. It belongs to the tropical oceanic climate. The average annual temperature is about 26℃. Nutmeg, its major agricultural product accounts for one third of the total production in the world. The country is hailed as island of spice. Now it is a member of the British Commonwealth.
The representative said that China and Grenada keep a friendly relationship. Ningbo shares a lot in common with Grenada like seafood and fashion industry. He hoped that with the support of the policy, more and more people from Ningbo will go to Grenada for sightseeing and investmen
