"Replace human with robots” in Jiangbei lead the industrial transformation

Recently, Jiangbei District spared no efforts to promote the construction of the district by industry. By using "replace human with robots" as a breakthrough, they took measures like policy guidance, model guidance and service to boost the application of "replace human with robots" in enterprises. By the end of 2014, the Development and Reform Department in the district has approved about 100 projects of "replace human with robots", including 11 listed as intelligent manufacturing projects of city level. Only in 2014, 202 enterprises of the total 276 enterprises above the designated size carried out technical transformation, accounting for 73.2%, which enabled the per capita productivity to reach about 138,000 yuan, greatly driving the industrial adjustment and upgrading in the whole district.
In order to promote the "replace human with robots" projects, Jiangbei district made a three-year plan, aiming to strengthen the modernization and technical transformation of the enterprises and support the key projects with 6% of the total investment in equipments. At the same time, Jiangbei increased its support for technical transformation and R&D and give priority to the special projects in finance. Besides, Jiangbei also organized training for professional managers, professional technicians. This year, Jiangbei will continue to promote the project of "replace human with robots", encourage enterprises to have automatic adjustment and popularize the advanced experience of demonstration projects to reduce the labor coast and increase the automatic production, and upgrade the quality of products. At the same time, Jiangbei will put emphasis on the key technical transformation projects and improve the subsidy ratio for technical investment, so as to promote effective investment and upgrading of products.
