Technology and talents gather in Jiangdong

Recently, the famous human resource company "Shanghai Bridge HR" has finished its decoration of its office building in Jiangdong and will soon move in. It indicates that the office building with 7000 square meters in the provincial HR Industrial Park, the first one in Zhejiang and third one in China, has been totally rented out. 23 HR companies have moved in.
Jiangdong is located in the core area of the city, with a relatively small fraction of industry. So it has not too many advantages in the innovation competition. However, by giving priority to developing service sector, technology and talent, the two elements for innovation, gathered quickly in Jiangdong. As a result, its regional innovation ability has been greatly promoted.
Presently, the technological service start-ups in Jiangdong have exceeded 600, and Hefeng Creative Square is entitled "China Demonstration Base for Industrial Design". In the top 10 Industrial Design Turnovers in Ningbo, Jiangdong accounts for 7. Now, there are 89 HR service enterprises in Jiangdong, making up one third of the total in the city. Its annual output exceeds 4 billion yuan, accounting for half of the total.
Technological service industry is the most active field for the fusion of technology and economy. As early as in 2006, Jiangdong initially started its appraisal for technological service enterprises in the province, issued policies to encourage innovation, and cultivated technological service enterprises at different stages. So far, Jiangdong has altogether supported 40 technological service enterprises and built about 40 innovation service platforms of different forms and at different levels, including 10 state platforms. Jiangdong took the lead in the number of high-tech enterprises in the service sector.
