Overseas high-level talents "dating" private capitals in Cixi County

On the afternoon of December 12, 2011 Cixi capital docking meeting for overseas high-level talents was held in Hangzhou Bay Hotel. 69 returned high-level talents, bringing with them 75 projects, "dated" with the private capitals in Cixi, such as the high-tech fields of Internet of Things, new materials, new energy and bio-medicine. 52 projects reached intentions of cooperation finally.
Cixi County provides a good policy environment for all kinds of talents including overseas high-level talents. "Shanglin Elite" is a specific policy tailored to the future leading talents for emerging industries. Talents included in the plan can enjoy the privilege of a start-up capital of up to two million yuan, a business site with an area of 200 to 600 square meters, a house of 100 square meters and a living allowance of 5000 yuan per month. Besides, the locally retained part of the first three years' corporate and personal income taxes for them will be exempted. In the meantime, support will be given to the enterprises in terms of financing, interest subsidies and risk compensation. In the following five years, Cixi County will sell 2000 sets of talent apartments at the affordable price.
