Ninghai to build a high-end holiday resort

The other day, the concept plan for a part of the Tianhe International Holiday Resort was officially decided. According to the general plan, the county will build a high-end holiday resort that has services of physical examination, rehabitation, and accommodation near the East Zhejiang Gorge.
It is learned that the total investment of the cultural tourism project in the Tianhe International Holiday Resort is 5.58 billion yuan. The planned area for the project is 8,000 mu and it is listed in the key projects of Ningbo.
This year, Chalu Town government of Ninghai and Ningbo Yuanshui Group signed an agreement on the construction of the Tianhe International Holiday Resort, a project involving 12 billion yuan. The planned area for the project is about 10.5 sq kms and the protection area is about 20 sq kms.
The Tianhe International Holiday Resort is to be based on the national and cultural resources in the area to build as “exposition garden with cultural features of the areas in the south of the Changjiang River”, with such services as high-end physical examination, medical training, health preservation and accommodation. Its final goal is to be a “high-end health preservation holiday resort in east China”.
