Ningbo HR Managers Association Set up Branch in Beilun

An unveiling ceremony was launched as Ningbo marked the foundation of Ningbo HR Managers Association Branch and Ningbo HR Service Co., ltd. Zhou Yongquan, vice director of Ningbo Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Zhang Wenfu, director of Beilun District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, leaders from Ningbo HR Service Center, and HR representatives from over 90 leading businesses, attended the ceremony, which was moderated by Zhang Shengjie, vice director of the bureau.

The meeting approved a draft bill on how the Beilun Branch should be regulated and voted for council members, including chairman, deputy chairman, permanent counselor, general secretary, among other positions. Jointly sponsored by the academic circle from public institutions and experts in managing human capital, Ningbo HR Managers Association is one with the largest size, most influential coverage. As of now, over 700 people have joined the association. It aims to organize coordination and exchanges in HR management at public institutions so that people can explore, draw upon, replicate and develop latest ideas and practices in the field, become professionals in human capital. It also serves as a bridge between businesses and governments. Dongfang Company is the bellwether of Nignbo’s HR services.

Zhou Yongquan, vice director, congratulated the two associations for the establishment and offered 3 observations for the work that follows. First, work related to the association must be integrated. The organization should take coordinated approaches to innovation and entrepreneurship and serve members well based on its flexible mechanism. It also needs to provide an enabling environment in raising competencies of HR managers. It serves as a bridge in enhanced HR cooperation and development. Second, regional talents must be integrated. They should play their respective roles, enhance joint talent work, set up normalized information exchanges and joint cooperation and service-supporting mechanism. Third, public services must be integrated with market services. The two associations need to fully leverage on the advantages of resources and brands for sharing. They should guide and support markets through public services and propel and secure public services through market services.
