An innovative team might be granted subsidies as much as 20 million yuan. An agency or individual that introduces a high-level talent to Jiangdong might be awarded as much as 600,000 yuan. …On December 13, Jiangdong District officially started the "300 Talents Project" and on the same day, it released the list of high-level innovative projects offered to high-level talents home and abroad.
The "300 Talents Project" specifies that in about three years, Jiangdong District should introduce 100 talents of the service industry, 100 talents of returned scholars and 100 talents of science and technology so as a form a complete system of talents in various fields
