Import commodity center in Ningbo Meishan Free Trade Zone opens

On December 26, two German-made Artega sports cars arrived at Meishan. "China has imported only five Artega sports cars and the two here are of the last batch of the cars of Artega. Each car values over 2 million yuan," said Cai Cai, responsible person of the center of the company of imported cars of Meishan. On December 28, the center of imported cars opened in Ningbo Meishan Free Trade Zone. The two sports cars are the first two cars appearing at the center.

On the same day, opened the import commodity center in Ningbo Meishan Free Trade Zone. With a gathering of over 6,000 varieties of imported commodities of cars, food and household necessities in the center, the people can buy imported commodities at reasonable prices in Ningbo.

The center of imported cars is on the first floor of the trade building of Ningbo Meishan Free Trade Zone, covering an area of 3,000 square meters. Here, the center will provide customers with one-stop services of imported cars.

"Now, the people of Ningbo don't have to go to such cities like Tianjin or Shanghai to buy imported cars," said Cai Cai. Since there are fewer intermediate links and less transport cost, some imported cars are over 100,000 yuan cheaper than the cars on the regular markets.
