121 projects settled in Zhejiang

Thanks to the cooperation of varies governmental departments of Ningbo in providing one-stand services to businessmen of Zhejiang origin, some 11,000 entrepreneurs have accepted the invitations to pay a visit to Ningbo and a total of 121 projects with an investment of 92.1 billion yuan have been contracted.
This is a plan called "Tens of thousands of businessmen of Zhejiang origin come to Ningbo". According to Ningbo City People's Government Economic Cooperation Office, from the time when the plan launched to the end of August, Ningbo has successfully introduced 18 projects which are scheduled to start construction between July and October, whose investment totaled 24.2 billion yuan, resulting from the efficient services provided by various departments. To give an example, it cost the Project of IKD only 17 days to complete the whole process from the examination and approval of the using land to the beginning of construction, much of the high efficiency coming from the comprehensive services provided by Jiangdong District.
In the settlement process of Jiangyou Bonding Co. Ltd., the Baizhang Chamber provided a series of services and helped the enterprise with its submitting of key projects and its registration, whose great services moved the latter so much that it decided to invest 50 million more yuan. Except Jiangyou Bonding Co. Ltd., the chamber has already successfully introduced some other projects with an investment of more than 10 million yuan, including Ningbo Zhuoshi Technology Company, Zhejiang Taisheng Energy-saving Technology Company etc. Its total introduced funds stood at 195 million yuan, over-fulfilling its task ahead of schedule.
In addition, to better the lives of the employees of all these introduced companies, Jiangdong government, depending on the platforms of all the chambers, launched a special program called "A Month for Enterprises", helping solve such problems as schooling for workers' children, social insurance, medical treatment as well as housing etc. Jiangbei District has also made similar policies. It promises to grant a subsidy of as high as 750,000 yuan for purchasing houses to the introduced talents, a subsidy of 2,000 yuan a month for renting houses, and an allowance of 2,000 yuan per month.
