Since August 1 to October 31, Jiangdong District market regulatory authorities carried out a three-month food safety inspection within the region.
Aiming at the production, distribution, food service and other features of the different aspects of food regulation, the campaign to carried out targeted, systematic, comprehensive investigation, and effectively cleaned up the regional, industry food safety risks. Inspection goes to the process of production such as the production of raw materials sources, the existence of illegal addition of additives, the use of non-food substances, the use of expired or recycled food, actions concerning tampering labels; in the process of circulation, investigation focus will be on the implementation of self-regulation, and any illegal practice in the food storage conditions and sales of food in terms of quality; in catering services, inspection leads to food additive (nitrite, etc.), cooked food products, cold dishes, fast food, places with occurrences of food safety violations and those subject to repeated complaints such as central kitchen, collective meal delivery unit, Chinese fast food chain, corporate canteens, construction site canteen, school canteens.
